A Word From the Broker
Over my 26 years in real estate — including 24 years as a Broker — I have interviewed thousands of people who had just obtained a real estate license or were preparing to begin their careers. Some clearly understood what lay ahead and showed tremendous potential. Others had invested nearly $2,000 to obtain their license but did not have the financial resources to support themselves while waiting for their first commission. Many viewed real estate as a side hustle they could pursue part-time while maintaining full- time employment.
Over time, one truth became very clear to me:The agents who succeeded were those who made a commitment to building a career, not simply chasing income. Real estate is, and always has been, a relationship business.
I created this course because I believe people deserve honest guidance before investing significant time and money in pursuing a real estate license.
This course is not designed to discourage you from becoming a Realtor. Quite the opposite.
